FAQ / 04

Questions before
you submit.

The five things procurement teams ask most. Answered here so the first call is about scope, not credentials.

How fast can you mobilize?

Storm or emergency: crews and equipment on-site within 24 — 48 hours from either of our two yards. Scheduled work: 2 — 6 weeks typical from MSA execution, depending on permitting and access requirements.

Are you on ISNetworld, Avetta, BROWZ?

Yes — A-grade ISN, Green Avetta, and Compliant BROWZ / Veriforce. Member IDs on the safety page; our compliance team can share full documentation within one business day.

Do you self-perform or subcontract?

Self-performed. 27 direct-hire FTE, 21 owned equipment units. Subcontracted work is the exception — disclosed up front, fully audited, and only used where required for specialty traffic control or geotechnical work.

What’s your typical pricing structure?

Unit price per acre or mile is standard for ROW and clearing. Time and material with not-to-exceed for storm and emergency. Lump sum on closed-scope construction site prep. We know all three — your procurement team picks.

Can you work to my company’s spec book?

Yes. We work to over 40 owner-specific veg management standards across utilities, pipelines, and rail. Send the spec on the scope-review form and we’ll confirm whether the crew assigned to your region is already trained on it.
